I have now purchased three bikes that were shipped to me to put through the

final assembly. 1. from Backcountry.com (Santa Cruz) 2. from Diamond Back (trail bike) 3. from Intense (DH bike). All three were very easy to put together & the video instructions were awesome. Intense has a really great series of videos and the bike even came with an awesome adjustable torque wrench set. Both intense and DB included a shock pump too. There is an art to adjusting derailures, but it isn't that difficult once you have a little practice.
